Timberlab’s Ecosystem
A uniquely integrated portfolio of products and services.
Our uniquely integrated manufacturing and fabrication assets deliver seamless next-level service, innovative engineered wood products and cutting edge mass timber solutions nationwide.
- This year we will dry over 6 million board feet of lumber at our Swisshome facility. Together with our Drain operation, this will double Timberlab’s glulam production in 2025.
- In 2026 we will open our Millersburg, Oregon CLT plant, a 200,000 ft2 state-of-the-art CLT manufacturing facility. With an anticipated annual output of 100,000 cubic meters of finished CLT, the facility is expected to generate 100 manufacturing jobs at full capacity, making it one of the largest operating CLT facilities in the U.S.
- To support our manufacturing expansion coming online, in 2027 we will spin up sawmill production in Philomath, Oregon in support of our glulam and CLT operations.

Removing Pinch Points
Unleashing creativity to solve cutting edge problems.
Whether systematically removing key pinch points in the supply chain, or finding efficiencies by better integrating production and fabrication, our team of dedicated mass timber innovators continues to fine tune our capacity to deliver innovative projects and products, advancing mainstream adoption of mass timer construction to benefit the planet and its people.
- CNC Fabrication We have two CNC facilities, one in Portland, OR and one in Greenville, SC.
- CLT Manufacturing Increase in mass timber demand, coupled with our growth over the last seven years has supported the addition of our Millersburg CLT facility.

Low Carbon/High Impact
Putting people, planet and communities before commodities.
We have been educated to make connections between our food, who produces it, its impact on the environment, and the health of the communities that provided it. At Timberlab, we believe the same should be true for the buildings we live, work, gather, learn and play in.
- Making Connections In our experience, mass timber profoundly changes the way people think about buildings and what goes into making them, reconnecting people with forests and the communities who live in, work in and rely upon them.
- Intentional Sourcing The iconic PDX Portland Airport, comprising over 3.7 million board feet of lumber, was sustainably and locally sourced from within 600 miles and represents a 125% saving in carbon in comparison to steel and concrete construction (Source: Sustainable Northwest).
- Building Community Whether we’re building a 30,000 ft2 center supporting the largest wind farm in America; revitalizing community services in Northplains’ Public Works facility, or re-purposing a disused sawmill in Philomath: we’re committed to creating stable, careers and putting communities before commodities.
